3. Account & Tenant Registration
Organizations must register for an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your users comply with these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use our platform for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service availability, or uploading malicious content.
6. Subscription & Billing
Subscription and billing terms are governed by the applicable order form, plan, or agreement between UltiHuman OS and the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by UltiHuman OS or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
8. Tenant Data Ownership
Tenant organizations retain ownership of their data. We process tenant data only to provide and support the services, subject to applicable agreements and law.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party using reasonable care and only use it for authorized purposes.
10. Third-party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when required by law, contract, security concern, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in the applicable agreement between the parties.
